Purpose of book drive

Promoting

I will use promoting to get the word out about my project by using fliers and posters. The project promoted in the schools, local library, bookstores and other businesses.
Stickers will go on the books to remind the student of their promise to read during the summer.

Book drive in April

The book drive will promote the project and get donations for the project from local businesses.

Projects

My first small project is targeted toward the seniors and freshmen at my school. My main goal for this project is to show the ratio of seniors to freshman. I hope this will help the freshman to realize that, as you progress through high school the number of students in their grade could decrease. In reality I hope this will help the freshman to stick together and encourage their classmates to graduate. I began by dividing a bulletin board in half. One side was designated for seniors and the other side was for freshmen. I used squares to represent the number of seniors and freshman. All seniors and freshmen will be able to pick a square and sign their name next to their personally square. These hopefully will unity the seniors to stick together and graduate. I will have pictures as soon as I finish the project.
